Hi – I’m Diane! I went vegan in 1998 & haven’t looked back! I spent years in the restaurant industry as a vegan baker & chef at some of the best restaurants in Chicago & Seattle. I received my BA from Evergreen State College & my Masters from Brown University. I’m a freelance videographer & recipe creator. The Beet Drop is a culmination of my personal passions, academic explorations, & professional careers!
