This Strawberries and Cream Smoothie Bowl is the perfect refreshing & creamy treat – and it comes together in minutes. The sweet cream topping pairs perfectly with chunks of fresh juicy strawberry, but add whatever toppings you enjoy!
This strawberries and cream smoothie bowl is the perfect Spring or Summer dessert or breakfast. It’s a family favorite that anyone can make! I prefer to use a high-power blender for this recipe, but you can also use a food processor if that is what you have.

Hint: When you want to make the thickest smoothie bowls and nice cream there are a few big tips I have to yield the thick and creamy results you want! 1) be sure to use frozen fruit 2) add your liquids into the blender before the frozen fruit. 3) use as little liquid as possible. Just enough to get your blender working.
Substitutions / Variations
- Banana – instead of banana, you can use frozen peach chunks or even frozen riced cauliflower. The results will be different, but still good. (It will be a bit less sweet. Feel free to add a bit more sweetener if you opt for one of these substitutes)
- Agave – feel free to use whatever your favorite sweetener is. I’ve used a few drops of liquid stevia as well as simple syrup and they both work well.
- Strawberries – swap out the strawberries in this smoothie bowl for raspberries to make a raspberry version. It’s delicious!
