Pink Beet hummus

Beet Hummus

This takes less than 10 minutes to make & can be used on nearly anything. Super creamy, super simple, plus it’s pink!

Servings 2.5 cups

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 Beet (cooked) Roasted, boiled, or steamed (OR buy them already cooked)
  • 2 cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 2-3 tbsp. Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • Dash Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in your food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the side with spatula as needed.
  • When using as a dip, drizzle the top with olive oil and fresh herbs before serving.
