Pink Beet hummus

Beet Hummus

This takes less than 10 minutes to make & can be used on nearly anything. Super creamy, super simple, plus it’s pink! 
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings: 2.5 cups
Course: Appetizer, Side Dish, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 Beet (cooked) Roasted, boiled, or steamed (OR buy them already cooked)
  • 2 cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 2-3 tbsp. Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • Dash Black pepper

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor

Method
 

  1. Put everything in your food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the side with spatula as needed.
  2. When using as a dip, drizzle the top with olive oil and fresh herbs before serving.
