Beet Hummus
This takes less than 10 minutes to make & can be used on nearly anything. Super creamy, super simple, plus it’s pink!

- 1 can Chickpeas
- 1 Beet (cooked) Roasted, boiled, or steamed (OR buy them already cooked)
- 2 cloves Garlic Crushed
- 2-3 tbsp. Olive oil
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- Dash Black pepper
Put everything in your food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the side with spatula as needed.
When using as a dip, drizzle the top with olive oil and fresh herbs before serving.
