Cauliflower Mango Pineapple Nice Cream
This thick creamy fruit filled treat is healthy enough to be breakfast, but sweet enough to be dessert!

- 1 cup plain rice cauliflower rice frozen
- 1 large banana sliced and frozen
- 1 cup mango chunks frozen
- 1 cup pineapple chunks frozen
- 1 tablespoon agave optional
- ½ cup mango juice
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Place liquids in blender
Add the rest of the ingredients in the blender
Blend until smooth. If needed, stop blender and scrape down sides to get everything incorporated.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings
