Ingredients
  

  • sour dough bread sliced
  • vegan butter
  • avocado sliced
  • radish thin sliced
  • pomegranate
  • fresh lemon juice
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Butter both sides of your sliced bread
  • Pan fry on medium heat until crispy, golden brown
  • Layer your toppings! Starting with radish then add avocado, pomegranate, salt, pepper, and lemon juice
