This thick and creamy fruit filled recipe is healthy enough to eat for breakfast, but sweet enough to be dessert! YES – I’ve made this creamy sweet treat using cauliflower! You can’t actually taste the cauliflower in this recipe, it blends up really well to help create this great texture. Why not add some more veggies into your day?! Above all, this recipe is delicious and you will be able to make it in less than 10 minutes.

Top tip
To get a super thick and creamy texture, use as little liquid as possible. The first step to make most smoothie bowls and nice creams is to add your liquids into your blender! This will help blend the fruit with as little liquid as possible. Then add your frozen ingredients after that. Use your tamper to encourage the fruit to get moving. If you need to to use more liquid, stop your blender, push the ingredients to the side, and add more liquid to the bottom of your blender. Use your tamper to push the fruit around while blending.
Variations
- Juice – instead of mango juice you can use pineapple juice or any milk you like
- Turmeric – You can’t taste the turmeric in this recipe, but it helps create this nice color. If you want to taste the turmeric a tiny bit, double the amount. If you don’t have turmeric, no problem, just leave it out!
